Good Day ADHC Services

Good Day Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) is an organization that provides its participants with a full range of medical, rehabilitative, and social services, along with balanced meals and transportation.

Participants spend quality time with people of similar age and background, and participate in therapeutic, recreational, and social activities that encourage a healthy and independent lifestyle. Above all, this service is totally FREE for the qualified Medi-Cal recipients.

Our Available Services Include:

Nursing Care:

• Monitoring health status (ex. blood pressure, blood sugar, weight maintenance, etc.)
• Assistance with medications (oral and injections)
• Personal care (e.g. assistance with Activities of Daily Living--ADL’s)
• Health education
• Liaison with personal physician

• Individual and Group exercises
• Assistance with obtaining therapy equipment

• Dietary consultation
